HELLO AND WELCOME! I AM SO ECSTATIC THAT YOU ARE HERE. I HAVE BEEN IN THE HEALTH & FITNESS INDUSTRY FOR OVER 10 YEARS, WORKING AS A CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT, CERTIFIED GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR, PERSONAL TRAINER, AND A FITNESS NUTRITION COACH. AFTER THE BIRTH OF MY SECOND CHILD IN 2015, I KNEW THAT TAKING CARE OF MYSELF HAD TO BE A PRIORITY SO THAT I COULD BE THE BEST MAMA. WHAT STARTED AS A JOURNEY TO BE A FIT MOM EVENTUALLY TURNED INTO A PASSION OF WANTING TO HELP OTHERS IN THE SAME BOAT AS I HAD BEEN IN. THROUGH THIS TREK OF HEALTH, I REALIZED STARTING CAN BE THE HARDEST PART. LEARNING TO LOVE OURSELVES DAY IN AND DAY OUT.
